Enterprise Master Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the subscription, access, deployment, and professional advisory services provided by EAConnect Inc.
1. Subscription & Platform Access
EAConnect grants customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the EAConnect Planning during the applicable subscription term. Platform access is billed transparently on a per-workspace and named-user basis with clearly documented compute tiers. We do not impose hidden penalties for scenario sandboxes or model calculation runs.
2. 30-Day Agile Deployment Commitment
Our standard onboarding engagement is structured around an intensive 30-day agile sprint delivery. During this period, an assigned Senior Planning Architect works directly with customer finance and operations leads to connect source ERP/CRM pipelines, configure dimensions, test calculation drivers, and validate baseline reports.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Support
EAConnect commits to a 99.9% monthly uptime availability for the core planning calculation engine and iPaaS ingestion workers, excluding scheduled maintenance announced 5 business days in advance. Priority 1 (critical business stoppage during financial close) incidents receive a 1-hour response commitment from named enterprise engineering architects.
4. Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
Customer retains sole and exclusive ownership of all uploaded data, financial records, formula logic, and bespoke planning structures created within customer workspaces. EAConnect retains all ownership rights in the underlying platform engine, APIs, connector frameworks, and general documentation.
5. Term, Termination & Transition
Agreements automatically renew for successive 12-month periods unless notice of non-renewal is provided at least 30 days prior to term expiration. In the event of contract completion, customer is entitled to export all planning data, dimensional mappings, and historical run logs in standard CSV/Parquet and SQL formats.
